Nicole Shivers started her career on the administrative side of the art world but eventually decided to transition to becoming an artist herself. This interview goes into depth on Nicole’s decision making and thought process regarding her transition from administrator to artist. Shivers focuses on sculpting and using found objects to create and complete her works. The discussion within the interview brings to light just why Nicole is interested in using seemingly useless materials to create something entirely beautiful and new.
