About Lisa Saltzman
Lisa Saltzman is a New York City based fine art photographer who is influenced by Impressionist painting, abstraction, Cubism and figurative photography. Saltzman has an interest in the human psyche and graduated from New York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Viewers are able to see this interest in the psyche shine through her art. Over the course of her career, Saltzman’s style of street photography has become a signature the art world recognizes her by.
Saltzman’s work has been shown at galleries both nationally and internationally. Such galleries include First Street Gallery, Brick Lane Gallery, Darkroom Gallery, and LemoArt Gallery. Her work gains attraction outside of the galleries as well. Saltzman has gained recognition in publications such as Gelatin Magazine, Art of the Times, L’Oeil de la Photographie, and Bellus Magazine.
