Francesca Grout is a senior student at Drew University, who is majoring in Art History and minoring in Chemistry, Biology, Museum Studies, and Studio Art. As a curatorial intern at Alfa Art Gallery, she is responsible for researching new artists, writing about them and their work as well as conducting interviews with those included in future exhibitions. Never settling for an easy answer, Francesca is driven to examine a subject from all perspectives and isn’t afraid to explore and do additional research. At Alfa Art Gallery Francesca is excited to contribute her knowledge and ideas to the production of new exhibitions, in addition to gaining professional experience working with artists, the gallery’s staff, and fellow interns.
