Mary Paulyshun received her B.A. from Rutgers University in Art History. While at Rutgers, she also minored in English and obtained the Historic Preservation Certificate. In one of her past projects, she assisted in the restoration effort of the First Reformed Church cemetery. Among her other interests, Mary currently volunteers at Arts for Children with Autism in New Brunswick. Her previous volunteer experiences include two service projects abroad, with Global Pact in Costa Rica and Douglass Human Rights House in Romania. In an effort to expand her experiences in non-profit sectors and art organizations, Mary currently serves as Alfa’s grant-writing, editorial and marketing intern.
