DESCRIPTION:Opening Reception: Friday\, April 11th from 6:30pm to 9:30pm Exhibition Duration: 4/1/14 to 4/30/14 \nThe Alfa Art Gallery is excited to unveil “Eclectic Aesthetics” rendered with the mediums of oil and mixed media.  This exhibition is Alfa’s biannual New Brunswick Art Salon.  Alfa Art Gallery presents this diverse exhibition which engages the beauty of a collective work of artists.  This highly selective exhibition celebrates a variety of artists portraying their unique abstract thoughts\, meaningful still life paintings and drawings\, portraits and vividly imaginative sculptures. \n“Eclectic Aesthetics” houses aesthetically pleasing compositions\, geometric shapes\, art that speaks for itself\, vibrant color\, muted colors\, gold leaf and powerful spiritual abstraction.   Alfa visitors will be inspired\, as these artists lure the viewers into their personal portrayals of life\, a feeling\, a moment\, nature\, a deity\, a figure in geometric space and more.  Featured are works with ephemeral renderings\, illustration\, superb portraits\, mixed media including portraits on an elaborate concoction of electronics and found objects\, different perspectives within and without. \nThis exhibition will feature works by the following artists: \n\nDustin Garafolo\nErica Velasco\nHerbie Pabst\nJosé M.
